Understanding project management
Related, but separate to the issue of governance is project management. We know that there will also be occasions when you will want to deliver a project or programme that needs specialist oversight and control. Not all organisations will want to go to the expense of carrying a project management function.
At Clarity, we understand that complex projects with lots of moving parts can benefit from robust project management. When done well, project management should ensure, as a minimum, that your project and its risks are well managed, that it is delivered on time, to budget, and does what you expected it to.
We have extensive expertise as programme managers. For example, establishing governance procedures for aircraft disposal for a large airline, and reviewing and helping to develop the governance procedures for price controls at Heathrow Airport.
